GROUP TRAINING
online group training
Alongside the January 2021 Client Cohort, you have the opportunity to make significant strides toward your goals of physical, nutritional, and mental wellness. This package gives you access to 3 workouts to choose from each day. Every workout will be optimized for your experience level and equipment available, whether that is a full commercial gym, some dumbbells or a barbell at home, and even bodyweight only. As a cohort, you will learn more about nutrition, building healthy habits, utilizing meal preparation, and how to best fuel your body to perform and recover. Clients also have the chance to experience mental growth through mindset coaching and weekly activities that will hone in on strategies to manage anxiety related to performance, how to better understand what is in your control, and steps to build confidence. In a private online group, clients can ask questions, discuss workouts, share successes and seek support.
3 Months (minimum): $150 (only $50 per month)
